This is a Monday to Friday room, available from January 2015, but happy to talk about occasional weekends with the right person - English tenants preferred. Includes wooden floor, fitted mirrored wardrobe, double glazed windows facing rear of property, double divan bed with 4 drawers under, all bed linen can be provided, 5 drawer tallboy, bedside table with 1 drawer, shelf unit, lamp, waste bin and TV aerial. Use of all communal rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave , cooker and all kitchen equipment. Parking in private cul de sac, wifi, back garden and patio. Occasional visitors with notice ok but none overnight. No smoking and no pets. I work full time and go out a lot in the evenings - dancing, teaching and social. Quiet calm household which I like to try and keep clean and tidy at all times. Are you the person for me?
