My house is a large detached open plan property, which I presently share with my Border Collie. It is in a quiet location in Hampshire, backing onto countryside in the pretty town of Whitchurch, close to Andover, Newbury, Winchester and Basingstoke. The A34, M3 and M4 are easily accessible. There is a bus service and railway station in the town.

I have two rooms available to rent and the use of own separate bathroom:
Room 1. A standard double bedroom downstairs (4m x 2. 75 metres) opposite the guest bathroom. There is a stacker bed that converts into a double or two single beds.
Room 2. A huge fully furnished double bedroom (5m x 4.4 metres), with a beautiful view to the rear.

Shared facilities include: living room and kitchen (own fridge and cupboard space). A parking space is available in a second driveway. To the rear is a large garden backing onto watercress beds.
Would suit a professional individual.
A supplement of £150 per month for couples.
