The house is fully furnished with a large well looked after garden, shared living room, dining room and kitchen. The house has two bathrooms - one bathroom will be reserved for the two tenants use only. Both bedrooms are furnished and nicely decorated.
Rent can be paid weekly or monthly, with half a month (£300) to be paid in advance as a deposit. Rent adjustment for couples to be discussed in person.
