THE HOUSE
The house is only 2yrs old and is located in a really nice, friendly estate. Unlike other new builds, it’s a really good size, 3 bed house. It benefits from a large lounge, modern kitchen diner, utility room and separate down stairs loo. It also has a modern, turfed back garden. The area also has plenty of parking, including a separate bay directly opposite the front door.
HOUSE MATES
The house is owned by me so I will be a live-in landlord. There is also one other person here who is currently occupying the 3rd, single bedroom. We’re both full time working professionals, we’re sociable, laid back and have a good balance between hanging out and respecting each other’s space.
Room comes with a bed, drawers & a desk but, can be removed if needed.
