LOCATION

Whiteley is a great location with easy access to the M27, Swanwick train station and Portsmouth / Southampton city centres are around 20 minutes in either direction.

THE ROOM

The room is currently occupied but, will be available from 2nd Jan. The room measurements are 3190mm x 3610mm (10’5” x 11’10”) it also includes an alcove for a dedicated wardrobe space. Décor is modern with white walls, grey carpets and green feature wall. (can be painted if needed)

Room comes with a bed, chest of drawers, bedside table and desk if required. All can be removed if needed.

**Room also benefits from exclusive access to the main family bathroom**

THE HOUSE

The house is only 3yrs old and is located in a really nice, friendly estate. Unlike other new builds, it’s a really good size, 3 bed house. It benefits from a large lounge, modern kitchen diner, utility room and separate down stairs loo. It also has a modern, turfed back garden. The area also has plenty of parking, including a separate bay directly opposite the front door.

HOUSE MATES

The house is owned by me and my partner (Who is in the navy) We’re both full time working professionals, we’re sociable, laid back and have a good balance between hanging out and respecting each other’s space.

As the room is currently occupied, taking pictures is difficult so, I'm in the process of working on that. Viewings welcome!
