Double room with own bathroom

My partner and I have decided to rent out one of the spare rooms in our 3 bedroom house. We live in a lovely quiet neighbourhood within walking distance from Whiteley Village shops. Close to Botley & Swanwick train stations and only a 20 minute drive to Southampton Airport.

Parking is not an issue, you will always have access to parking outside the house. This double room includes the use of your own family sized bathroom.

About us:
We are both professionals looking for a professional lodger who doesn’t mind dogs, we currently have 2 cockapoos who are very loving and very playful. We love going for long walks with the dogs especially if there’s a pub at the end & weekends away. When we’re not away, we enjoying spending time together at home and relaxing.
