£650 per calendar month, including bills.

The arrangement is Sunday evening to Thursday morning, so would particularly suit someone who works locally during the week but has their main home elsewhere. I can flex on these days.

The room is a good-sized double, fully furnished, with plenty of storage. You'll also have sole use of the main bathroom, as well as use of the kitchen and lounge.

The house is very conveniently located for NATS – approximately 5 minutes by car or 25 minutes on foot – as well as Whiteley Business Park and the surrounding area. On-street parking is readily available.

I work away for most of the week, so although this is a lodger arrangement, you'll usually have the house to yourself during your stay, making it considerably more private than a typical house-share.

The house is modern, clean and quiet, and I'm looking for a considerate, tidy professional who wants a comfortable home-from-home during the working week.
