We have an ensuite double room available in a family home in a quiet area in Whiteley. Our town house is within walking distance of the Business parks and the train station at Swanwick. We have a cat, who keeps herself to herself and a 3yr old girl, who is very well behaved!
Our tenants are welcome to share the lounge and will have space for storage in the kitchen, fridge and freezer. The room has TV and Internet access. We have a garden with seating areas and BBQ.
We are a quiet family: parents, daughter and grandaugter and are looking for someone who would be happy with this set up. We have very friendly neighbours as well who have always welcomed previous tenants. Please get in contact if there is anything else you would like to know.
