Search for a house mate

I am on the hunt for someone to fill my spare room in my flat. It is a very nice flat with very good local amenities, but still it is quiet and peaceful.

The room can be furnished if that is preferred, but the majority of people who are renting places seem to enjoy bringing their own furniture in with them. But either way it does not matter, just let me know.

The bedroom is a stand alone room the other end of the flat from everything else so it is very quiet, and as part of the rental you have a bathroom completely of your own. The kitchen is fully furnished with cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge and everything else you should expect from a kitchen.

If you are a smoker then do not worry you are more than welcome. The only thing I would ask is that you could smoke outside, but otherwise you are welcome to live with me.
