Finished room in unfinished house

Decorated, carpeted and furnished room in a large self build house on outskirts of Winchester near Kings School. The rest of the house is not quite finished, hence lower rent, We are looking for someone who is easy going, enjoys the odd glass of wine, chocolate cake, or shared meal & who likes to live somewhere a little different. smokers allowed but no smoking in property.

What we are offering - the room is 3. 5 x 3. 6 plus the ensuite shower room, all completed & about to be redecorated. Very large shared sitting room with big screen telly & dining area, fully equipped kitchen, seperate laundry room, with outdoor drying space + additional heating available as required, however we have a central air circulation system which keeps us fairly well ventilated, broadband (supposed to be highspeed but I'm not convinced), all utilities are included (however not the house phone unless emergency).

What you need to be - Easy going - sometimes we are untidy; friendly; animal lover - we have cats & budgies + the fish in the kitchen. I can provide previous lodgers contact details who can let you know what its really like to share with us! Sometimes it can be a bit dusty, or you'll find a pile of tools in the hall or a digger on the drive - however we do discuss what is about to happen & don; t just do stuff with no notice!
