Spacious kingsize rm with ensuite in family home

We have a double room with king size bed, lounge area , tv unit , sofa, storage , desk and ensuite bathroom with bath and power shower available to let. The room is on the ground floor of our family home with a large open plan kitchen diner and patio leading onto garden. We are looking for a house guest or a couple to welcome into our family home for an ideal term of around 1 year. Must be honest, reliable, considerate, clean and tidy. I am English , born in Winchester , Enzo is Italian Venezuelan and speaks Spanish and Italian as well as English. Please note the room is fully furnished and hotel like so may suit as a part time or temporary base.
