My wife and I would like to rent out an en-suite bedroom on the top floor of our home.

Monthly cost includes all bills, 370MB/s Internet, Samasung smart 4k TV in your room with access to Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+. Full house clean every month, including your room and en-suite.
Softened water throughout the house. Smart 1400 spin Washing machine.
Home theatre in the living room with full Dolby Atmos Speaker setup.

Our pets are 2 little rabbits that are in the 4th bedroom, Nidorina & Peanut. I'm afraid we can not accept anyone with pets.

Kitchen has dining table and Breakfast Bar, there is a very deep, large cupboard for your storage, as well as your share of the fridge and freezer.

We have a garden with a bike shed, and parking will be on-road outside. There are always spaces within 20 meters of the front door.

We both work in tech. We like to chill out when we're at home, play video games, watch movies/TV and play with our rabbits.
