Parking is available on the road either side of the building, not far at all. It is permit only, which can be bought from the Council.

I work Mondays to Fridays and do 2 or 3 days a week in London, I work from home the other days.

The second bedroom is 'cosy' and I don't expect anybody to keep themselves hidden away in there all the time, and so the rest of the flat is of course at your disposal. It works well between two people.

I've had two Lodgers since I bought tbe place in 2020. My first stayed three years and my second was a short term let, leaving due to a transfer at their workplace.
