The flat is one of four in a period conversion in St Cross, and is a ground floor flat, with stepped access to a communal garden.
The bedroom is lightly furnished with a small chest of drawers, double divan bed with a drawer either side, and also shelving in the alcoves.
There's a spacious shared living room, bathroom and kitchen.
15 minute walk to the City centre.

Parking is available on the road either side of the building, not far at all. It is permit only, which can be bought from the Council for quite a reasonable price.

I work Mondays to Fridays and do 1 or 2 days a week in London, I work from home the other days and usually make use of the living room.

The second bedroom is 'cosy' and I don't expect anybody to keep themselves hidden away in there all the time, and so the rest of the flat is of course at your disposal. It works well between two people.

I've had two Lodgers since I bought tbe place in 2020. My first stayed three years and my second was a short term let, leaving due to a transfer at their workplace.
