We have our single room available from November 12th, with separate exclusive use bathroom with shower and\or bath.

The rate is £120 per week. It's not suitable for a couple sharing,

We are in a quiet, very convenient and pleasant location with off-road parking.

We are looking for a professional person, male or female, with flexibility to be able to visit their home or be away during some week ends. We are happy to have a long term guest but not permanent beyond a couple of years.

Our guests live independently and have their own entrance through the attractive art studio. Our guests are quiet and busy!. There isn't a shared lounge.

There is very easy access to Aldi, Co-op and Waitrose, as well as Doctors' surgery and Boots Pharmacy in Stoney Lane. Take-away eateries too are just five minutes' walk. The shared cooking facility, with the other lodgers, is within the large art studio and has a pleasant view of the rear garden. There is a fridge and freezer, microwave and a two-hob electric cooker with oven. Pots and pans and utensils are provided. Bed linen and towels are included but there is no use of a clothes washing machine. .

We have had lodgers very successfully for at least five years.

Buses to the City Centre are about every 10 minutes during weekday daytime, being five minutes walk to the bus stop. It's a 25-minute walk to the railway station, less than 10 minutes on a bicycle.

We are a busy couple of retirement age who have retired from our three star B & B. We are sorry we don't accept any pets and smoking is not permitted.
