There is a great flow to the house with 3 bedrooms upstairs and 3 downstairs. There are 2 shower rooms including basin and toilet in the house and a separate toilet located at the top of the stairs. The ultra modern kitchen has an American style fridge freezer, plenty of cupboard & worktop space plus a built in oven, microwave and electric hob, washing machine & dryer.

The house is located in Weeke which has plenty of on-road parking (subject to council regulations). There is a Waitrose just around the corner and loads of local amenities close by including a park, coffee shops, pharmacy and more. The train station is a 10 - 15 minute walk with both the hospital and university close by.

The rent includes all bills including council tax, water, electric, gas and broadband. A cleaner will come every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

This house is for professional sharers and reference checks will be required. The minimum let will be 6 months.
