Student house share in winchester

We have a 5 bedroom house available for academic year 2021/22. We currently have 4 students already ready to live in the house and are looking for a 5th person to share with. We don’t live in the house at the moment, but we have already secured the property for next year from the estate agent and will all be ready to sign the tenancy agreement. There are two bathrooms in the house and a large living room. We are looking for someone currently studying at the university of Winchester, preferably a girl as we already have 3 boys and only one girl. The house is about a 30 minute walk from the university, and close to Sainsbury’s in badger farm. As a group we are friendly and easy to get along with. We are fun loving and enjoy going out and drinking together as typical students do. We are looking for someone who is social and easy going, who is always up for a little bit of fun.
