University student needed to replace myself as a tenant for a single room. This is a seven bedroom property fitted with double bed, desk, book shelf and wardrobe. Large living area with kitchen fully fitted for all culinary needs. Two shower rooms included. All bills included except Wi-Fi but cost is reimbursed. Location is a two minute walk to the University of Winchester and a ten minute walk to Winchester High Street and 15 minute walk to Winchester train station.
