Description

We have a beautiful double bedroom with en-suite in an excellent location available.
Our house is 4 bedroom detached, newly renovated. 25min walk to city centre, 20min walk to train station, 3min walk to bus stop. 3min walk from country walks.

The bedroom available is downstairs, it has a very comfortable king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table and dressing table. The en-suite has a toilet, basin, power shower, heated towel rail.

There is also a lounge that is available in the evenings for your uninterrupted use. This is directly opposite the bedroom.

I live with my 3 children (ages 13, 11 & 10). We sleep upstairs and use the family snug as our lounge.
The children are not here every other weekend. When they are at school I’m normally out working.
We have a large dog called Ozzy. He is very friendly and doesn’t bark much (only at the door).

We are warm and welcoming, we have had a young professional live with us before. We are happy to welcome someone into the family and/or provide space and privacy.

We are council tax band F.
