No students I'm afraid due to the outrageous way the council tax works.

The house is in a fantastic cul de sac location, 15 mins walk from high street / town centre or Tesco. There is parking for 4 cars & a double garage offering good storage. House is on a ridge above Winchester with brilliant views of South Downs & St Catherine's Hill.
There is easy access to M3, pubs & shops as well as plenty of great walks nearby.

There is a very spacious living room, which is great for evening socialising. Kitchen is large & well equipped with all stuff you need already there. House is fully furnished so no need to bring furniture or appliances or anything other than stuff for your room. There is a bathroom with a tub & shower & a small downstairs loo.
