Room is in the loft with shared bath and toilet with one female flatmate.

The home is a modern smart space with open plan dining room, kitchen and utility area for communal use.
There is a spacious garden, deck, fire-pit outside for use if we are not using it.

Room has double wardrobe, set of drawers and desk and chair, separate arm chair.
