Looking for respectful sociable person or couple to share beautiful Victorian townhouse in Winchester; ten minutes walk from station, five minutes walk from the centre. On street parking in zone J (via permit).

Location is close to Winchester hospital (five minutes walk) and Winchester University (ten minutes walk).

Room is spacious basement guest room, private bathroom is on the ground floor. Shared kitchen and diner on the ground floor, plus laundry room.

I work from home, my office and rooms are on the second and third floor and so no issues with privacy.

My daughter stays with me from time to time.

I am open to couples (cost is +50%) as well as singles.
