Double Room with bathroom in Winchester

I have a double bedroom (small double) with bathroom, available in my 3 bed family home in Badgers Farm, Winchester.

The house is a lovely 20 minute stroll into town, there are excellent public transport links and there is on street car parking at the house (no permit required).

The room comes with a double ottoman bed, bedside table, chest of draws, wardrobe, full length mirror and TV. There is enough room for a desk if you would like to add one.

Full use of the kitchen/dining room and the garden. There is also a garage of extra storage is needed.

Monday-Friday or short term lets are preferred but I am open to long term for the right person, so please do reach out if you have any questions or would like to view the room.

Monday-Friday would be offered at a lower rate.

Short term lets can be charged at a weekly rate if required.

All bills are included.

References will be required.
