Laid back professional's looking for a fellow professional to join us in a 4 bedroom house share.
Large 3 storey house in Badger Farm.
I'm Jordan, I work full time and Ideally I am looking for laid back person to join me and Bettina. We are flexible on most things and considerate of people's privacy and personal space.
We are sociable but also keep ourselves to ourselves.
All bills included, great location in Winchester for walks and commuting. Off Road parking available. An easy walk to Sainsburys. Large shared living space. There is also storage in the loft and under the stairs along with the spare 4th room which is a single as a overflow.
The room itself is a large double bedroom which is also the master bedroom. Spacious with in built double wardrobes.
Airing cupboard, garden shed and small decked area.
As I sometimes work from home there are two broadband lines coming in, a dish washer and washing machine.
Deposit required with reference and right to rent. Deposit is protected.
