Laid back professional's looking for a fellow professional(s) to join us in a 4 bedroom house share.

Large 3 storey house in Badger Farm.

Ideally we are looking for laid back person(s) to join us. We are flexible on most things and considerate of people's privacy and personal space.

We are sociable but also keep ourselves to ourselves.

All bills included, great location in Winchester for walks and commuting. Off Road parking available. An easy walk to Sainsburys. Large shared living space. There is also storage in the loft and under the stairs along with the spare 4th room which is a single as a overflow.

The room itself is the master bedroom. Spacious with in built double wardrobes. There is a bed in the room and some drawers.

Airing cupboard, garden shed and small decked area.

As I sometimes work from home there are two broadband lines coming in, a dish washer and washing machine.

Deposit not required with reference and right to rent.

I look forward to hearing from you. Preferably no pet's, I have a severe cat allergy. However, Dog's are considered as there is a dog already in the house.

For couple's or pet's then please be aware that the rent will change to £950 or 1000 per month to cover additional cost's/damages.
