We are offering the top floor of our house to rent to a single person. This is 2 rooms including a bedroom and separate spare room that has previously been used as an office.

The house is a 5 bed house with 3 bathrooms that has recently been refurbished.

Downstairs consists of a large kitchen/diner with a breakfast bar, TV and american fridge freezer.

Sitting room with large sofa and TV.

Downstairs toilet/shower room and utility with brand new samsung appliances.

Middle floor master bedroom and rooms used as offices/gaming room with a family bathroom (for you to use) and our own seperate ensuite.

3rd floor as described above with a dedicated stairway.

The house benefits from central heating and 1gb broadband.
There is strong wifi and ethernet up to the top floor. Combi boiler with hot water on demand 24/7.

Location: we are just outside winchester town centre, a short 10 mins walk to the cathedral up the road from the famous black boy pub.

our street is the start of the southdowns way and very close to the new Bar end leisure complex, so perfect if you are an active person.

About us:

We are a young professional couple. We both work from home and commute, so will at home most of the time between work commitments.

We have a small dog (ralph).

We love cars, music and mountainbikes - and consider ourselves keen cooks.

We are fine if you decide to be social or not and are open to any kind of house mate :)

There is plenty of parking on the street outside the house.

There is space to accommodate a bicycle or SUP in our garden shed if needed.
