The house is located in Weeke which has plenty of on-road parking (subject to council regulations). There is a selection of supermarkets just around the corner and loads of local amenities close by including a park, coffee shops, pharmacy and more. The train station is a pprox. 20 minute walk.

The rent includes all bills including council tax, water, electric, gas and broadband. A cleaner will come every two weeks to clean the communal areas.

This house is for professional sharers and reference checks will be required. The minimum let will be 6 months.
