Access to Miele washing machine and tumble dryer for laundry.
Parking permits available if needed for adjacent car park at £20 per month.
Available subject to references, one month deposit, and signed agreement.
Available to rent for £1200 per month which includes council tax (band E), household bills and weekly cleaners (every Wednesday morning).
No shoes to be worn indoors.
Possessions to be kept in rooms and kept tidy for cleaners.
No noise between 9pm and 7am please when I am there.
