Recently renovated terrace house

I am looking for a friendly and respectful lodger to share my recently renovated terrace house in Fairdown, Winchester.

Room available from August (exact date tbc)

The room is located on the ground floor. The front door leads directly into it, but you will have exclusive use of this, and have therefore benefit from the porch.

Two gardens

The house is a 15min walk to the town centre, 25 mins from the train station.

Bills and council tax are not included:
Gas, Electric and water: Varies
Council Tax: £80/month
Wifi: £11/month

On street parking available

Room available from 1st April
