There are two shared bathrooms, a 'studio' space that can be used for yoga etc when available, wifi, and a television license. The room is available as a short-term rental - from two weeks to three months (but possibly longer). The rent is £675 a month or £175 a week including all bills. Ideal for someone who is between rentals/home-buying, or visting/working/studying in Winchester on a short-term basis.
