Cosy Cottage Central Winchester

This home is incredibly idyllic.

I have been here since October 23' and have felt more and more that it would be good to rent out one of the rooms.

The cottage is on 3 floors and I am still debating which room will be the one I rent out. There are 3 to choose from including one snuggy basement room.

I am a very creative person and I have a few of my own businesses. One is coaching, another is performing as a wedding entertainer (hula hoops) and I also have a Live Show on YouTube. I do need the house quiet when we are filming LIVE - this is usually on Tuesday evenings.

I would need you to be an honest person who likes your own space and doesn't come with a whole host of personal issues, I like professional people who are up for occasionally hanging out at home.

The kitchen would need to remain vegan or at the very least vegetarian, this is a non-negotiable.

I live here with my friendly cavapoo dog and my boyfriend stays a couple of nights a week.
