You can relax and unwind in the living dining space, socialise with your housemates or watch TV or even enjoy some time in the garden during the warmer months.

The house has 2 bathrooms, this includes a shower room / toilet and a bathroom with shower and toilet.

THE ROOMS:
All rooms will be painted and refurbished once the current tenants have moved out. This is the same as the communal areas.

- A 15 minute walk to Badger Farm Sainsbury's Superstore for your groceries.

- There's a range of amenities nearby, with a local food store and takeaways a 2 minute walk down the street.

All tenants are asked to be considerate to others and adhere to our sensible house rules inc. cleaning up after yourself in the kitchen/bathrooms and locking doors.

TENANT CRITERIA:
References are required - A £100 holding deposit will be requested while references, employment checks, credit checks and affordability checks are being completed.
Checks take approx 5-7 working days
Prospect tenants must be able to:
Prove regular income.
If you have CCJ’s or IVA’s. We may ask for a guarantor.
Positive employers and landlord reference.
