Located just 9 minutes’ walk to station, 15 minutes’ walk to town centre, one minute to bus stop and 7 mins walk to small Tesco supermarket and fuel station. Majority use of bathroom which is next door to the bedroom and used by me only for half an hour most nights to have my bath and to dry washing once a week in winter.
ALL bills, WiFi and fortnightly cleaning of whole house included (note WiFi is switched off at night). Shared use of kitchen/diner. Dishwasher, air-fryer, softened water (separate drinking water tap). Own numbered parking space in private car park. Use of garden and delightful front bench overlooking green space for summer breakfasts in the sun. The bedroom is 3.46 x 2.59m or 11’4 x 8’6, and overlooks the garden. The bed and comfy pocket sprung mattress were new in 2022. The third bedroom is a study, so you would be sharing with just me and Minty the cat. Minty is quite ‘dog like’ in character! I am retired (Civil Engineer).
House would suit one non-smoking professional who loves cats. Rent is lower than market value on the basis that you would be feeding Minty (kibble twice a day and water) and giving him some attention when I go away.
I am friendly but not very chatty, I don’t drink and I go to bed early. I like my own space and would respect yours. House would suit someone who’s friendly and also enjoys their own company and is looking for a peaceful place to live.
