A lovely double room available in a house share in Winchester.

Currently 2 female professionals looking to replace our housemate who’s moving back to aus next July.

There is a communal living room and kitchen, one shared bathroom and a spare room downstairs that we use as storage/ for home workouts.

We both love to cook and will often have movie nights when we’re both in!

Looking for another young professional who is clean, friendly, enjoys a chilled movie night and is looking for a peaceful house to join!

Rent is £550 a month (subject to any landlord increase) and bills are approx £150 to cover WiFi, council tax, water, gas and electricity.
