I am looking for a student tenant to replace my luxury studio at Unilife Sparkford from 03/09/2025 - 25/08/2026!!

My studio:
- Room number: 003
- Studio size is 26m squared, one double bed, dual occupancy (designed to be for couples)
- Kitchenette, bathroom and TV all included. No bills paid as it is all inclusive
- £300 deposit is due when the contract is signed to secure your room
- Luxury, modern design, and spacious

Location:
- 20 min walk to city centre, 30 min walk to Winchester School of Arts and across the road from University of Winchester

Facilities in the building:
- All facilities included: Gym, laundry room, free coffee machine, free pastries, a cinema room, flat screen TV, PS5, Wii, Karaoke machine and a big communal kitchen!!

- Very helpful, friendly staff and trained to deal with issues especially with mental health
