Double Room in city centre house

There is a double room available in my Victorian terraced house which is very close to Winchester High Street. The house is not a modern decor but is showing signs of its age but it comes with several advantages. Already said that it is very close to the city centre, it has a large bathroom (shared) a full fitted kitchen (shared) and shared front door where the tenant will have his own key. There is also a courtyard garden to the rear which is open to all..

All bills are included and that also means full broadband too. This house is cold in Winter and cool in Summer so the heating will be on whenever it’s needed. If the new tenant there will be no Council Tax but for all others ithe property is in Band D.
