I am looking to rent out this flat which is situated opposite the hospital. I am renting out as a 1 bed flat, even though it does have a second bedroom.
Having got quotes through agents I have been advised that I could rent out as a 1 bed flat at £1200pcm, however I have decided to reduce this by 25% to compensate for some planned upgrades and me staying occasionally in the second bedroom (approximately 4 days/month).
The flat is let unfurnished although there are a few items (desk / table / 3x chairs / sofa) should these be wanted.
