Spacious flat close to uni

I am unfortunately having to leave this flat, and looking for somebody to replace me. The flat is a great space to live and study, with spacious rooms and a large living area to congregate and cook in. The flatmates are all lovely and accepting, and to top it all off, the flat is only a ten minute walk away from the university.
If you are applying for this location as a fulltime student, you will not need to worry about council tax, so long as you can provide a student status certificate to the landlords (who are lovely, by the way). However, if you are not a fulltime student, the flat is in council tax band D.
