Small room available near to station

Just exploring the idea at this stage — I have a small spare room in my home very close to Winchester station (SO23), and I’m considering letting it out. It could be a Monday–Friday let or full-time arrangement depending on the person and the arrangement.

The room’s currently being used for storage, so it’s not at its full potential! However , the rest of the house is modern, open-plan, and deceptively spacious — people often say “it’s like a TARDIS” when they walk in.

There’s a big kitchen / living / dining area downstairs, a small garden with a BBQ, and potentially even access to a separate garden gym room and parking, depending on the arrangement. Looking for someone calm, tidy, and respectful — ideally working full time and not looking to take over the living space or the TV remote 😉

Parking on street available with a permit, though a small car could fit alongside mine on the drive.
