- Tenancy would start beginning of September and is until end of June 2026.
- 3 other girls live within the property who are 2nd/ 3rd year students.
- £150 per person (all bills included within this price)
- Ground floor double room and the other 3 rooms are upstairs
- Bus links/ 30 minute walk to city centre/ 20 minute walk to university.
- On road permit parking OR a non- permit road a 4 minute walk away from the house.
- Shared living room/ kitchen/ garden. Two bathrooms and a shower room.
- The kitchen and shower room have recently been refurbished and a dishwasher has been fitted.
