An immaculate smart room within the Collegiate student accommodation called Cathedral Point. The accommodation is new and modern with areas to socialise as well as a Reception if you need anything. The room is their “Silver En-suite” room and has a double bed, fitted wardrobe, desk, chair, en-suite shower room and loads of storage. Shared kitchen. I had to move out for personal reasons and am required to find a replacement tenant. The security deposit will not be needed to be paid as I already paid this. No council tax payable as you would just need to submit an exemption form.
