Whole flat to rent - great location

I am looking for a professional/professional couple responsible enough to look after my flat while I am not present in the property.

The flat is fully furnished with a balcony therefore smokers are welcome (smoking only on the balcony) and also couples are welcome. There are 2 double bedrooms, one would be yours and one would be mine for a use only during 3 months in the winter (December, January and February). There is also a garage which can be used but it is quite short, so it is more possible to use it for a bicycle or a motorbike.

All bills and wi-fi included.

The property is in a great location 15 mins walk from the Winchester High Street, it is cosy with lots of plants which will need watering by you when I am not there and also the right person should be dog's friendly because there are 2 little dogs in my family who can come to visit occasionally.

When I am there for 3 months in the year I would like you to be respectful and wash your dishes, clear your mess and keep the communal areas tidy (kitchen, bathroom and the living room), when I am not there you will be expected to water the plants in the whole flat.
