I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy space next year. You would have an ensuite bathroom with your bedroom and then shared kitchen. There would be 5 students in total, including you.
The location is great, we are based on Tower Street. We are less than 5 minutes from the town and train station. About 10-15 minutes from the University of Winchester.
The tenancy starts in July 2026. The landlord rent is £500 per month and we currently use Fused bills, which costs £85.50. The fused bills may increase slightly by then. A deposit of £500 is required, when signing the contract.
