Ensuite room, bills inc, contract takeover

I'm looking for someone to take over my ensuite room at Cathedral Point, Winchester.

The room is a bronze ensuite with a shared kitchen, available from 10th May until 27th June (7 weeks). Rent is £205/week, all bills included — Wi-Fi, electricity, heating, water, all covered.

Cathedral Point is a modern, well-managed student building on Andover Road. It's a short walk to the University of Winchester and Winchester School of Art, 6 minutes from the train station, and has a Tesco Express right downstairs. On-site facilities include a study room, common room, games area, laundry, and a courtyard.
