Spare room/Flat in very central Winchester

We are two professionals in our 30s and have a two bedroom flat with garden in central Winchester (under 5 min walk to high street). We are looking for someone to rent our spare room for a few months. We are likely to be away for the vast majority of this period due to work, and so you would have privacy and use of all of the flat (except our bedroom) most of the time time.
The bedroom is a large double with desk, wardrobe and bedside table.
