The house is close to a corner shop, takeaways and a dry cleaner amongst others on Stockbridge Road. The popular Fulflood Arms is situated just around the corner.

The rent is £500 per month and includes all bills: gas, electric, water, rates, TV licence and Virgin broadband (phone not included).
