On road parking or public transport nearby with great motorway links North and South. The room is next to the main bathroom, and has 2 fitted double wardrobes. It is over looking the south facing garden, the house has character but has been renovated.
Quiet location but on a regular bus route to Eastleigh and Winchester.
Parking available in safe road.
Broadband and central heating, large kitchen to share with washing machine.

Would like someone considerate and clean and is normally at work day time as we are fairly quiet, peaceful, easy going house.
Would give preference to Mon-Fri. Room great value due to being just out of Winchester and Eastleigh.
