We are looking for a professional, friendly housemate for the last room becoming available from 1 Dec 2012. Contracts minimum of 6 months.

The house is located in a nice, quiet part of Weeke and is less than 10 minutes walk to the railway station-Tesco Store and 15 min to the town centre. The rent is great value for the area at less than £350 per month including bills.

There is 1 room available which is unfurnished, but it may be possible to negotiate retaining some of the furniture with the housemate leaving if this would suit.

There are 2 common rooms (lounge and dining room) as well as a modern kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

There is a decent sized garden and an opportunity for any budding gardeners if that interests you! Also there is plenty of parking available and a garage for storing bikes etc
