Small double room for rent

The room can fit a double bed but comes with a single. Lovely, fully furnished house on Thurmond Road, about fifteen minutes walk to the University. You will be living with three students all going into their second year of University. Would prefer a female, the girls like a good mix of work and play and are easy to get along with. Also need to be clean and tidy!
