Spare room to rent in cosy 5 bedroom house

Hello! We're a group of (soon to be) 3rd year students looking for a housemate to join our lovely 5 bedroom house. The house is located within short walking distance to the university and within easy reach of the train station and town centre.
The single room is furnished with a single bed, a desk and chair, built in wardrobes and shelves - very well maintained! The house is also fully equipped with kitchen utensils etc. vacuum, iron & ironing board, sofa lol - basically all the basics you need and it is completely ready for a viewing which can be arranged asap :) Rent is £85 per week including water, excluding other bills - these details can be given if you contact us directly.
