Our 4 bedroomed house in a quiet cul de sac, a short walk from Sainsbury's and a 4 minute drive to Junction 11 of the M3 has a regular 10 minute bus service into the town centre.

The large single room comes with built in wardrobe and views across Winchester including the cathedral. You will also have your own bathroom. Bed linen & towels are provided and the room will be cleaned at weekends.

A large communal kitchen, we have dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, a separate tall freezer, tumble drier, ironing facilities, WIFI and you will also have your own kitchen cupboard.

Out front is a double garage which tends to be used for storage, a driveway and plenty of off street parking (no permits required).

During the summer, the garden furniture comes out, so we can relax, eat and enjoy the patio and garden.
