'Swan House' = Perfect House, Perfect Location ^_^

This beautiful house is a real steal!

When we first moved into this house after moving out of student 'digs' our genuine reaction was 'OMG!'

The house is a recently done up 4 tier house in the heart of Winchester. Perfectly located between 2 pubs (The Albion & The Mucky Duck) and the railway station.

We have lived in this property for over a year and I am sad to leave as you cannot ask for anything more. You walk into an open plan living room with plenty of space. On this floor is my bedroom 'advertised'

The bedroom is a standard box room with a single bed, desk, draws and inbuilt shelf storage. There is a wardrobe in the living room, just to allow more space for the bedroom.

The Kitchen is located on the lower floor and it is one key element that sells the property (for me anyway) it is beautiful! Stone floor, more than decent cooking worktop. Plenty of storage as their is a walk in cupboard. 1 Big fridge, 2 freezers and a fireproof safe. There is also a toilet on this floor.

We do have a patio which is lush in the summer for reading, bbq's and socialising, along with a decent size shed for storage.

On the 2nd floor are 2 bedrooms (1 male, 1 female) and a cute bathroom, with a POWER SHOWER. Big enough bath to lay in or even sit in.

On the top floor is an attic bedroom (1 female). Along with this, the house has plenty of storge, under stairs, random cupboards, for 4 people, it is more than enough.

The landlords are brilliant, super friendly and happy to help with absolutly anything. The house is currently fitted with BT Broadband and BT Vision.

Looking for an ideal housemate that is of a similar age and that would get along well with the other housemates. We are partial to a good few nights out now and then, but we are by no means a party central place nor do we lock ourselves in our rooms. Everyone chips in and makes this place a joy to live in.
