Sharing with a couple in a beautiful location in the very much sought after quiet streets surrounding the old part of the city a few minutes from the city centre and Cathedral.

The ROOM
...is private, up your own set of stairs with views of roof tops and neighbouring gardens. This is either a small double or large single room with plenty of natural light. The room will be furnished around your needs to include a desk if needed. Lower RENT considered for Mon-Fri lets. RENT for Couples £700-750, depending on the situation.

The BATHROOM
...is at the end of your stairs and shared. We will get a weekly cleaner in to give you the comfort of knowing the place gets a thorough once-over regularly. There is an extra sink in your room for convenience.

The HOUSE
...is deceptively big and spread over 3 floors. It is well maintained on a quiet street in a lovely location, arguably one of the best locations in Winchester.

The LIVING DINING room
...is on the ground floor, has plenty of seating and space to hang out. The kitchen a decent enough size, is a bit quirky and has all the usual equipment including dishwasher.

WE ARE
...an easy-going couple who work hard. We spend most of our time working, whether at home, work or out. When we are not working we enjoy an occasional beer in the local Wykeham arms, a great pub if you don't know it, is within a minute's walk of us.
Our dog is friendly, loves people he hangs out in the living room or garden. Otherwise he sleeps in our office and we do our best to keep him out of the bedrooms.

The GARDEN
...is small but a real luxury in such a central location.
